Progressive drawing is a common metal processing process used to manufacture metal parts of various shapes. The process stretches the metal material into the desired shape through a continuous stretching die and assembles it. In the continuous stretching die assembly process, it is first necessary to design and manufacture a stretching die suitable for the desired shape. The stretching die usually consists of multiple parts, including a die seat, a die core, a die plate, etc. These parts need to be precisely processed and assembled to ensure accuracy and stability during the stretching process.

During the assembly process, the base of progressive mold is firstly fixed to the stretching machine, and then the die core and die plate are installed on the die seat. The gap between the die core and the die plate needs to be adjusted according to the desired stretched shape to ensure uniform deformation of the metal material during the stretching process.
After the assembly of the die is completed, the metal material is placed on the die, and the stretching process is controlled by the control system of the stretching machine. During the stretching process, the metal material will be subjected to the tensile force and gradually deformed into the desired shape. The stretching process needs to control the magnitude and speed of the tensile force to avoid excessive deformation or breakage of the metal material.
After the stretching is completed, the metal part is removed from the die and subsequently processed and handled. This may include processes such as cutting, punching, welding, etc. to meet the requirements of the final product.
Continuous drawing die assembly is an efficient and precise metal processing process widely used in industries such as automobiles, aerospace, and electronics. It can quickly manufacture metal parts with complex shapes and has high production efficiency and product quality.
