The dip tube fitting machine, also called dip tube cut inserting machine, is very commonly used in the cosmetic and household cleaning field. The Tube length is set at the PLC touch screen for scaling from 25mm to 250mm. This kind of machine are also used for trigger sprayer pump and lotion pump, perfume spray pump etc. The speed for this single head type is around 60pcs/min. If the length is to be longer, the speed will be lower, and vise versa.

Working process:veterinary dandi plug->detect->dip tube coil insert and cut->detect->Sorting for OK parts->Sorting for NG parts. Feeding device: Vibrating Bowl (for veterinary catheter/dandi plug), Round Stainless Steel Tray (for dip tube roll).
