Our assembly machine for aerosol valve can assembly the total components together before crimping the mounting cup with the housing and then insert & cut the dip tube. We also provide other options like assembly without the dip tube but config an extra dip tube. In this way, machine users can stock the valve, and when the market has differnt tube lengths, they can use the dip tube fitting machine to cater the needs.
