Our disc top cap assembly machine is designed and manufactured for assembling the cap and the disc top together. Output is 45pcs/min for single track and 70~75pcs/min for dual track, including the leakage testing.
And it's optional to include the aluminum collar assembly in the machine. So one machine can assemble both the disc top cap with or without the aluminum collar.
We make the assembly function as you would want it to be, and we use combined technology of programming, electric and electronic connections, and mechanical processing. Our business, whether it be one function to multi-function, is to turn ideas into an automatic assembly reality.
