Since 1998, Signum's technical team has successfully developed dozens of lotion pump assembly machines. The lotion pump assembly machines play an important role in assembling lotion pump components. We are very confident for the performance. Both screw lock type and twist left-right type.
Our lotion pump assembly machines are custom-built as per customers' pumps samples. There're 24mm and 28mm neck threads lotion pumps as most popular models. And 410 height. However, smaller neck, such as 20mm, or bigger neck, such as 33mm are also used.
The lotion pump assembly line consists of 4 machines, that is, piston assembly machine, accumulator assembly machine, actuator assembly and testing machine, dip tube fitting machine.
1st machine: PISTON ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Piston Assembly Machine
The lotion pump piston assembly machine uses a rotary tower mechanism to assembly 3 parts, that is, stem, piston and sub stem (also called valve) together. Parts are fed by vibrating bowl and linear track ( on the track for stem, there's a silicon oil cup with tube and brush to put oil onto the stem before assembly of piston and stem). The intelligent control system indicate details of the production and running situation. And the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.

2st machine: ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Accumulator Assembly Machine
The lotion pump accumulator assembly machine uses both rotary dial mechanism and rotary tower mechanism to assemble 7 parts, that is, gasket, housing, glass ball and Ss spring at 1st step by dial, and continuously as a group to assemble piston unit, chaplet and closure at 2nd step by rotary tower. Parts are fed by vibrating bowl and linear track ( on the track for housing, there's a silicon oil cup with tube and brush to put oil into the housing inner wall before assembly of piston unit). The intelligent control system indicate details of the production and running situation. And the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.

3st machine: TESTING AND ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Testing and Actuator Assembly Machine
The lotion pump testing and actuator assembly machine uses rotary dial mechanism to test the assemble 2 parts, that is, gasket, housing, glass ball and Ss spring at 1st step by dial, and continuously as a group to assemble piston unit, chaplet and closure at 2nd step by rotary tower. 4st machine: DIP TUBE FITTING MACHINE
Lotion Pump Dip Tube Fitting Machine
The lotion pump dip tube fitting machine uses an internal fitting method to insert the tube into the inner end of the housing of lotion pump. The intelligent control system makes the adjustment of the tube length extremely simple, and the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.
