The titanium anodizing jig is a tool for hanging the aluminum products before dipping into the anodizing tank. We can do the OEM and ODM service for our customers.

To design the jigs, we will need to know the layout of the anodizing tanks that customers use so that the jigs will work well, and also we will need to check the drawing/sample of the aluminum products for anodizing.

The manual jigging and dejigging machine is used for the anodizing jigs for placing the aluminum caps much more easily. Operation of the machine is very easy and we are glad to share the video for your reference.
