About lotion pump leakage and suction testing machine
The lotion pump leakage and suction testing machine is an industrial equipment to perform the testing of leakage and suction, as well as fitting the actuator to the lotion pump accumulator. It is primarily used for assembling various types of lotion pumps, saving labor cost in high-precision, repetitive assembly tasks.
This equipment consists of five main systems: a parts orientation and conveying system for material sorting and positioning; a gripping and shifting mechanism for parts transfer; an assembly mechanism for pressing, welding, and other processes; a testing mechanism for quality verification; and a sorting mechanism for outputting finished products. The control system uses a PLC with integrated sensors, monitoring the operation process through a human-machine interface. It supports intermittent or continuous transmission structures and offers single/multi-station models based on the number of workstations and trajectory differences. Some specialized equipment is adapted to meet special assembly requirements such as tactile switches and bearings, integrating vision inspection and MES interconnection technologies to achieve fully automated production.

The testing machine for lotion pumps uses an intermittent rotary table structure, achieving speeds up to 60 ppm. All machined parts undergo nitriding or electroplating treatment, and the pneumatic and electronic components are from well-known brands.

There are two options of leakage testing. One is to test both the housing end for tube and the vent hole, another is to test the housing end for tube. We provide changeover parts for shifting between both options.

Instrustions of installation
After the machine arrives at the workshop, unpack the crate and position the machine and its feeding unit exactly as they were arranged during the test run.
Place the assembly and testing unit first, and then the bowls and hoppers
Make sure the feeding systems are aligned well with the assembly and test unit
Check and confirm that all the stations in the dial are undamaged

Connect the vibratory bowl, hopper, and main unit using plugs and sockets. The plugs and sockets feature a fool-proof design before power connection
