An assembly machine for mist spray pump is a specialized automated equipment used to assemble the component parts of a plastic spray pump, including the housing, closure, piston assembly (piston, piston rod, bottom valve, and small spring), glass ball, large spring, gasket (PE, rubber), actuator, cover and dip tube. These machines are used in manufacturing to improve output, precision, and efficiency, and they can automatically align and feed materials, assemble and inspect parts, and sort qualified and defective products.
The feeding system and inspection system are two independent systems of the plastic spray pump assembly machine. Common feeding systems include: elevator + vibrating bowl feeder+ linear vibrating feeder, horizontal conveyor belt, inclined chute, robotic arm + flexible vibratory bowl, etc. The assembly and inspection systems are controlled by a programmed PLC to ensure coordinated operation and smooth running of each workstation.
The feeding system delivers parts, such as the pump body, to the turntable of the assembly machine. The inspection station on the turntable inspects and verifies the pump body to ensure that it is present at the subsequent assembly stations. All parts are inspected and verified before assembly.
