The trigger sprayer piston and ball assembly machine uses a rotary dial mechanism to assembly 2 parts, that is, piston and ball together. Parts are fed by vibrating bowl and linear track ( on the track for stem. The intelligent control system indicate details of the production and running situation. And the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.

2nd machine: GASKET AND CHAPLET ASSEMBLY MACHINE

The trigger sprayer chaplet and gasket assembly machine uses a rotary dial mechanism to assembly 2 parts, that is, gasket and chaplet together. Parts are fed by vibrating bowl and linear track ( on the track for stem. The intelligent control system indicate details of the production and running situation. And the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.

3rd machine: BODY ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Body Assembly Machine
The trigger sprayer body assembly assembly machine uses rotary dial mechanism to assemble 5 parts, that is, body, closure, plastic spring, spinner and nozzle. Parts are fed by vibrating bowl and linear track ( on the track for spinner, there's an aligning jaw to align the spinner hole to the plastic spring). The intelligent control system indicate details of the production and running situation. And the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.

4th machine: HANDLE ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Handle Assembly Machine
The trigger sprayer handle assembly assembly machine uses rotary dial mechanism to assemble 5 parts, that is, body assy, Ss spring, piston assy, chaplet assy and trigger. Parts are fed by vibrating bowl and linear track ( on the dial station for body assy, there's an silicon oil cup with tube to put oil onto the inner wall). The intelligent control system indicate details of the production and running situation. And the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.

5th machine: DIP TUBE FITTING ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Trigger Sprayer Dip Tube Fitting Machine
The trigger sprayer dip tube fitting machine uses an internal fitting method to insert the tube into the inner end of the housing of lotion pump. The intelligent control system makes the adjustment of the tube length extremely simple, and the equipped lifting system and vibration feeding system further realizes production automation.
