Q: What information is needed for getting proposal/quotation from Signum?

A: Signum need pictures of the finished pumps and disassembled parts of the pump for a general idea. If the pump is common design, after confirming the disassembled parts availability time, proposal and quotation will be offerd. If the pump is not common design, we will need samples of the pump and if possible also the disassembled parts.

Q: What is the lead time for the machine?

A: Signum can provide different kinds of automation assembly machinery. We can also provide consumptive material according to clients request. Normally, we need 75 to 90 days for the production before shipment. For inspection,we will inform our customer 7 days in advance.

Q: How Signum Guarantee the Quality?

A: Signum will study the requirements from clients and design the solution for approval. Each requirement is stated on the contract and strictly inspected. We will provide on-process and finish inspection reports.

Q: What is Signum's Payment Terms?

A: Signum Accepts many types of payment terms such as Letter of Credit(L/C), TT, D/A, D/P. Normally, we require 30% deposit as down payment as the beginning. For Clients cooperated for more than one year, we will lower down the deposit accordingly.
